Technology allows for the creation of better paying jobs in the information technology field. This strategy is not limited to people that have a formal education in computer and information technology. The internet is a channel that mankind resource departments can use to hire employees in alternate work arrangements such as telecommuting. Telecommuting can be defined as the act of working from home rather than traveling back and forth to a workplace (Mass).
